Parking offence (URA): http://spring.ura.gov.sg/lad/ecas/motorist/pon_enquiry/pon_amt_range.cfm

There are 8 categories of offences that carry demerit points. They carry 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 12, 18 & 24 demerit points according to the severity of offences.

As a guideline, there should be no (or little) demerit point if your offence does not cause significant danger or harm to yours or other motorists' lives.
